Second winner in two days for Overdriven
Thursday, July 21, 2016
Ocala Stud's freshman sire Overdriven got his second maiden winner in as many days when Drive Sandy Drive powered to a 2 3/4-length win in his racing debut on Thursday at Presque Isle Downs.

Drive Sandy Drive is a Gail Rice homebred out of Sweep Machine, who hit the board in 20 or her 32 starts and banked nearly $200,000.

Overdriven, electrifying winner of the Sanford S. (G2) at Saratoga as a 2-year-old, entered stud at Ocala Stud in 2013 and stood this year for $3,000 live foal, stands and nurses.
