Monday, January 21, 2019
Ocala Stud’s Greenpointcrusader sired his first reported foal on Jan. 19 when a bay filly was born at Ocala Stud. The filly is out of St. Elias Stables’ mare Waitingforaspark, a winning daughter of Bodemeister.

On the racetrack, Greenpointcrusader broke his maiden at Saratoga at two and then was a runaway 4 ½-length winner of the Champagne S. (G1) for St. Elias Stables, MeB Stables and Brooklyn Boyz Stables and trainer Todd Pletcher.

A $575,000 Keeneland September yearling purchase, Greenpointcrusader is a son of Bernardini and is produced from the five-time Graded stakes-producing Cryptoclearance mare Ava Knowsthecode, making him a full brother to Graded stakes winner Algorithms and a half-brother to Grade 1 winner Justin Phillip and multiple Graded stakes winner Keyed Entry.

Greenpointcrusader stands his second season at stud for $5,000 S&N. For more information, please contact David or Joe O’Farrell at 352-237-2171, or visit OcalaStud.com.
