Wednesday, September 2, 2020
Five days after Jess's Dream got his first winner on Aug. 28, Intrepid Dream gave him another in a one-mile maiden special weight race at Delaware Park.

The dark bay filly showed tremendous heart in the stretch as she matched strides with World Party until deep stretch, when she edged clear to win by three-quarters of a length.

Intrepid Dream was making her racing debut for owner/breeder Paul Fowler, Jr. The second foal out of Intrepid Tour, who produced a full-sister to the winner in 2019.

Regally-bred Jess's Dream is a son of Curlin out of Horse of the Year Rachel Alexandra. He was one of the most popular stallions in Florida during his first two years at stud, breeding 234 mares.
