Ready to Film broke on top and never looked back as she rolled to a 7 ¾-length maiden win Monday at Delaware Park.

The chestnut filly is the second winner in three days for Noble Bird, who now has six First-Crop winners, as well as the stakes-placed filly Rufa Red Knot.

Ready to Film, who was going two turns on the main track for the first time, came away quickly from the gate to set a measured half-mile of :49.82. She began to widen her lead at that point and was all along for the length of the stretch to win as much the best.

Ready to Film is owned by Wayward Farm and was bred in Florida by Caballo Grande TB’s LLC and Isabella A Rio. Ready to Film is the first foal out of Miss Maker, whose dam Film Maker earned over $2.2 million and six graded stakes, topped by the QEII Challenge Cup S. (G1).
